Cabinets to "No"
We've had a horrible experience pretty much since the beginning. We ordered our new kitchen the week of Thanksgiving and were told that everything would be available in 2 weeks, and we're almost in March and it's still not finished. First of all, the store didn't estimate the correct amount of materials needed for the job which ended up with us having to spend several thousand more than what we were originally told. They ordered incorrect number of handles, insufficient panels, and incorrect size boxes for our job. To this day, late February, there are still items on back order and we cannot get a straight answer on when they will be available. Additionally, multiple parts came damaged and when we ordered the replacement parts they too arrived damaged. They don't seem to have a good quality control; they should check products before sending them out. The people at the store (Miami Location) have been completely unhelpful and unresponsive during all of this. We've tried calling customer service several times and haven't had much better luck with them. The installers that they first sent to our house did a lot of things incorrectly (left cabinets slanted, not level, island not aligned with other cabinets, etc). It took weeks for them to send someone else from the same installer company to finally resolve all the issues that the first crew had left wrong. I would strongly encourage anyone not to use this company. Granted their prices were less than other places we considered but the service and workmanship has been horrendous. Speaking of which, I financed with their finance company and they've already billed 100% even though they are only about 80% complete. I've called to dispute but no resolution yet.
