Big waste of time. Spoke with rep, sent plans, followed up by phone and email, but never could get a quote. They sent back my plan converted to a computer drawing, but no prices. Then, requested a quote again. Crickets. This, despite telling them exactly what I needed. Set my project back by 2 weeks.

I tried to place an order 2 times but no one ever got back to me.

Sent me the item I ordered with missing pieces twice! And refused to give me a refund. They wanted me to drive 45 min to take them to the nearest store. Horrible customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Should have paid attention to the reviews on line. How is your website describe something and you send something else! Held up my project 2 weeks!
