The online ordering is fine and store pick up also just fine. However, the product which is designed to perfectly match Malibu White Cabinets to Go spray paint, putty, and clear coat spray are poor quality yet expensive items. I ordered twice - a total of 6 cans of horribly toxic smelling paint that bubbled up leaving An uneven and buckled finish on my cabinet doors. I specifically purchased Cabinets to Go products to paint my existing well prepped and sanded cabinets to match my new Cabinets to Go island . Twice it had to be sanded down again and removed . What a mess . Worse, the putty never dries. This has been a three month project waiting for it to dry - it never did ! I needed it to fill in small holes from old knobs to install two hole pulls. I had to start over a third time and use Sherwin Williams custom made spray paint and their putty which dried immediately . Calling customer service was a further insult when your representative said they can’t do anything about the putty other than send more. I never want to see that putty again and suggested they investigate the product as it is not only useless - it is harmful and caused damage to cabinet finishes. Poor customer service at the headquarters ! Poor products at high prices .

I went online to order a cabinet sample. It took quite some time to come in. When planning I feel that it is important to get things out quickly. I had already ordered and received the cabinets before the sample arrived.

Order says in production for the last two weeks. I ordered one cabinet door. Still hasn’t shipped yet. Thankful I paid for expedited shipping. Would like the door sooner than later. Still waiting

asked for specifics on cabinets via email never got a response.
