Cabinets are very nice and the installation was very good, but dealing with the sales people was a nightmare. The codes on the order form don't describe the cabinets so I received the wrong cabinets. The sales people said they could not take it back and then proceeded to charge full price for the correct cabinet. Then I find out that this is something they have with other customers. I would never recommend this store to anyone wanting to renovate their kitchen.

The butchers block we got worked fine, although it wasn’t the bamboo we had ordered. Overall satisfied and the project is complete.

I was disappointed in the limited selection of how to videos in getting help putting cabinets together.

Really nice product. Better than expected I’m still waiting for my $20 credit. Website says you will get credit back from sample packages that you buy. Still nothing. The rep I’m working with doesn’t know anything about it. Poor service.
