James was awesome. My wife and I came in to look at mattress. We’ve never bought one, so weren’t sure what we were looking for. James was great, showing us different models and making recommendations on what we liked. Ultimately, because he was so friendly (and because we really like the mattress), we decided to buy the bed that day. Great customer service all around.

Cliff was a good guy to work with. He showed me a good array of beds that fit my needs (stomach sleeper with lower back issues). Never did I feel the “full court press” on trying to sell me the very top of the line — well beyond what I need — mattress (which I have experienced elsewhere). He listened to what I needed, my personal preferences, and showed me beds that would best match my sleeping habits. Good experience!

We are a family of six - and have only bought from Ortho for years. Another easy, great experience. In at 4pm, out by 4:45pm , bed delivered the next morning! Awesome!

Kenny did a great job taking care of what we need for a mattress. We are enjoying our new mattress!
