My experience with Ortho Mattress was amazing. First off when I walked into the store I was greeted right away. I was asked many questions that helped to narrow down my choices for the type of mattress I wanted. The service rep was very knowledgeable about the types of mattresses we were looking at and gave me unbiased information on each. When it came to purchasing the mattress, she laid out all of the information and options I could take and which would be the most beneficial for me and my budget. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stopped by the Ortho Mattress store in Lake Forest just to look at mattresses. We weren't looking to purchase a mattress, but our experience with the salesperson and area manager led us to a great deal. I would highly recommend this store.

We walked into the store about half an hour before closing, and Candee came right over to help. She found out what we were looking for and showed us every mattress that fit our needs. She didn't try to push anything on us, and she was very open and honest about pricing and delivery and all of the details. We had our new mattress ordered and delivery scheduled before we left! She made the process very easy. The men who delivered the mattress were quick and helpful as well, and we've now slept on it for a few nights and are very happy. Great price, great service!
