Damaged products

I’m absolutely furious with the condition my table arrived in. Not only is it missing a leg, but the surface is also scratched straight out of the box. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a new, quality product, not something damaged and incomplete.

The website had a glitch, the wrong outdoor setting was ordered, i tried to find a resolution with the team but no luck. I even accepted it and was going to buy another table but asked if any kind of discount could apply given the circumstances but didnt get any assistance or understanding for what had happened.

Terrible communication. Poor quality of product. I would not buy from DREAMO again.
