Terrible as 1 item is still missing

I was absolutely deceived by the images provided on the website, and extremely disappointed with the quality of the furniture. When I attempted to begin the refund process I was told I wouldn’t be able to begin the process of refunding for another 2 months, by which time, I would no longer be able to refund as there is a 30 day limit. I was also told I would need to pay for the shipping to return, a deduction fee, and a repackaging fee. I would have received less than a 15% refund… have had to try sell on facebook marketplace to try and get some of the money back as refunding is apparently not an option and they won’t assist me to get one. The service was terrible, I was ignored and essentially scammed by dreamo. Do not shop here… unfortunately the low prices really are too good to be true.

Absolute horrible service to be honest. Will never shop there again or recommend to anyone.

I can't do a review because you will not be sending my chair until mid month. Also the only furniture I want to see in advertising for me is out door chairs. Don't send me anything other than that, please.

Absolute scam, they sent the wrong part and now won't answer or send me the correct piece
