After we had ordered the item, nobody bothered to tell us it was out of stock and there would be a delay. Ordered 4/1 and still waiting

The product is OK but the manufacturing and assembly design is not good, had issues with some pieces which they broke when assembling, then took almost a month to get a resolution and to finally ship us the spare pieces

I can’t use the table as the legs are so wobbly and the company are not returning my calls, I hate to think I have just wasted $700.

They send you emails saying your item has been sent, and it hasn’t. Customer service is useless I still don’t have my item to review before they send an email asking me to review!!
