Returning an order is not easy
I didn't like the order so I wanted to return it for a refund. The return process is not easy and could be better. This is how Amazon does it: you click a button, get a printout, stick it on a box and drop off the box in post office; done for free. This is how Dreamo does it: few emails back and forth with support to figure out what to do, share photos, get an address of warehouse; then you have to arrange the return yourself (i.e. get a tracking number from post office), pay for postage fees to the warehouse (twice to also cover the free delivery to you), and repacking fees.
