I ordered a modular Outdoor Setting and 2 extra seats. Dreamo’s website states that if you order multiple items, they will be sent all together in one consignment. This did not happen and 4 different deliveries occurred to deliver 5 boxes. The biggest disappointment was that one box never arrived! Tracking numbers appear to have been duplicated by Dreamo and I was accused of redirecting my parcel to an address in NSW - I live in Vic!! I suspect the missing box was incorrectly labelled and delivered to the wrong address. It was only after a lengthy email exchange over a 5 week period that Dreamo finally agreed to resend the missing box. The product is ok but takes a long time to assemble. The main disappointment with the setting is that there are no connectors to hold all the modules together so if you’re sitting on a seat, the next seat can slip and move away. Annoying!! My husband has been able to fix this using cable ties but connectors should be built in to the design. Overall not a happy experience and makes me unlikely to use this website again.

I purchased 2 x Set of 2 Fabric Bar Stools (with Backrest). The communication regarding the purchase was fantastic, the delivery time was exceptional. However the bar stools are not fabric, a leather type of material. The description needs to be accurate.

Wrong bed side description on website

Purchased a coffee table, outdoor umbrella and umbrella weight. Delivery took far too long AND when it did start to arrive it came in different deliveries across about a week and a half. Coffee table was the first to get delivered without any legs, they arrived a few days later. The umbrella is very flimsy and will probably blow away with the first gust of wind and the weight (which arrived a few days later) isn’t heavy enough for it!!! I do love the coffee table but I probably wouldn’t buy from this site again.

My outdoor furniture has 2 seperate faults and I provided all the order details a description and photos requesting a solution… I was still asked for my order number and Was told that ‘somebody will get back to me’ I have since followed on asked for further information…. And again, nobody has got back to me.
