Well built and a breeze to clean. I'm new to juicing & still trying to get the hang of it, so far so good. Glad that I made the purchase.

Excellent service, all around! The power button was stuck in the on position but there was no power. Carol P at the customer service centre offered excellent solutions and after paying a measly sum of $12. 00 USD plus tax for a new power button, the old one was replaced and the juicer is working now. If this fix didn’t work, the option offered was to get a substantial discount off a brand new machine AND a refund for the recently purchased part!

Shipping was great, along with the packaging. Hurom was and is the Best juicer till now that I have used.
