I love your rapid customer service and delivery

This juice is great, and it is easy to clean. The only thing that had me worried was the California Proposition warning about some chemical that maybe in the juicer. It made me hesitant to use it, but I still do.

Hello, I have owned my Hurom juicer for just over a year and unfortunately the silicone gasket came apart on it. I requested Hurom customer service for a replacement and they were happy to oblige. Additionally, Carol P. , their customer service agent has followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement part. Thanks Hurom !
