Never heard back regarding delay of my order status "awaiting" at USPS.

I ordered a comforter and was told it could not be returned since I had taken it out of the packaging. I’m not sure how you are supposed to know you like something if you can’t thoroughly look at it. Order at your own risk.

Ordered white, received an ivory sheet inside a package labeled as white.

The fabric is heavenly and the sheets are well-constructed. We have a standard king-size bed and the bottom sheet was cut about 7” too long (or too wide, we tried it both ways). The problem didn’t involve mattress depth; the sheet was just cut too large. It was like swimming in sheets. I had to return the set. I gave them one star because they were of no use to us. If they fit properly, I would give them 5 stars. Customer service stood by the money-back guarantee.
