Poor Customer Service
On May 22 I received a shipment of sheets and pillow cases from Thomas Lee. The package did not contain pillow shams that I had ordered. I was not charged on the Pick Ticket ($356) but the charge was included on my credit card ($412).
I inquired about the missing items and received emails from Elizabeth and Helen on May 26. Elizabeth said that they would be shipped ASAP; Helen said they were being shipped separately. Neither message mentioned that they were back ordered or that there was any problem.
I have since received multiple advertisements from Thomas Lee but not a word about my pillow shams.
