I received two packages of pillowcases, rather than the two fitted sheets I had ordered. I contacted you immediately and sent the pillowcases back immediately. You wouldn’t send my correct order until you were assured I wasn’t going to try to keep the unwanted items. I sent them off over a week ago and haven’t received even an email stating you could see my package was on its way and that the sheets would be sent. So I wait. Love your product but not loving this service.

Ordered two months ago and they still have not arrived. Checked with customer service and ironically they will ship the very next day. Seems like they forgot. For a product at this price I’d expect a little more.

My sister has not received her Christmas present yet. Its Christmas eve and I ordered the sheets three weeks ago. I left a message, emailed a message and called multiple times and have not received any communication about my order. I am extremely disappointed and sad that my amazing sister will not have her Christmas gift from me.
