Hi there, I am a HUGE fan of Thomas Lee sheets and have been for years. I purchased a King fitted and top sheet, along with pillowcases about 10 years ago and these are my absolute favorite sheets, hands down! I recently purchased 2 King pillowcases for some extra pillows and I was disheartened. They didn't feel anything like my old ones. I washed them immediately before using and noticed a slight difference in them getting softer, but they were still a bit rough. I called the customer service line to get some help and the attentive representative mentioned that they are using a different process due to Covid, but she assured me that they would get softer over time. My old ones are buttery smooth and ah-mazing! I'm not convinced these will get that soft...ever. I remember pulling the old ones out of the package and them being soft from "go"! And then they just got better and better over time. I have had the new pillowcases only for a couple weeks and I'm on the fence about returning them before my 30 days return window. I have washed them 4xs already and I'm wanting to keep them so much, but I'm not sure if I can. I need to love them since I paid $50 for 2 pillowcases.

Easy shipping and ordering however when the sheets got here I was a bit disappointed though. I have ordered from Thomas Lee before but this time was different. This time the Cal King sheet didn’t fit the bed well at all. It was oversized and not tight. Maybe a bad order but I was just surprised and hope to resolve it with customer service.

The order was shipped promptly and the sheets are definitely crisp as mentioned. Not sure if the quality matches the high price point. I have other percale sheets equaling the same in quality but are more affordable. These are top rated on google so I was intrigued. Not thrilled.

I am sorry to say I am very disappointed. With the cost of the sheets, I would expect that they would fit better. I realize mattresses come in a variety of sizes. However, I would think that maybe a couple of different sizes would be offered to get a better fit. Also, they are not a cool as I thought they would be. If I could return them I would.

Ordered a percale sheet set and received them. I was surprised to find no indication on the packaging that they contained percale weave sheets only Perfectcale whatever that is. I returned the sheets.
