Device won’t even power on

Right off the bat, as soon as I got two zalo products in the mail, one of them was completely dead. The Zalo Queen that I bought wouldn’t even charge. There is absolutely no power or electricity in the device at all, no lights, nothing. I’ve already filed a warranty claim to get it replaced, but it’s been a week and I have yet to hear anything from them at all. Apparently it takes 7-14 business days, which means I’ll probably be waiting for about three and a half weeks, which is ridiculous. Honestly, I should’ve listen to the reviews people wrote about these devices breaking easily. I didn’t even get to use mine before it did. Companies like Zalo really make you wish you hadn’t spent money.

Sorry I Bought It Wish I Could Return It

One of the worst purchases I’ve made recently and I shop on the site that rhymes with emu. The remote wouldn’t work but a new battery fixed that. It won’t connect to my Bluetooth no matter what I try and the app is a joke! The device doesn’t work 100% with the app and pretty much runs whatever cycle it wants. The “really strong magnet” to hold it in place — I have fridge magnets stronger. It’s a piece of junk that I now am stuck with. I am tempted to start a chargeback on my credit card. Stay away from this!!

Although the ordering process was

Although the ordering process was easy, I never received my item. All of the paperwork that I read said that Zalo was not responsible should I not get the product. On top of that, trying to jump through the hoops with USPS to prove that I never got the package was too frustrating!
