Product does not function well, and was a month late (I have several issues with the Mose thruster, which I got on pre-order). The freebies included in my box are great -- in fact, BETTER than the Zalo product I paid for :/ which is a bummer. Also everything arrived over a month late, and Zalo never sent out any notices letting customers know -- I had to track everything down.

Horrible customer service and terrible products

Just used for few times, then battery died. I Charged this strictly according to the instructions and not with fast charging, however, it just died and when ask for the warranty, they requested you send it back, but send an used one back to you, this is so gross!

Company could not provide a charging cable for their product. Avoid this brand like the plague.
