Disappointed

Way too intense. Partner hated it. If your not into S&M pass it by.

I contacted support and haven't gotten any response in several days.

Product does not function well, and was a month late (I have several issues with the Mose thruster, which I got on pre-order). The freebies included in my box are great -- in fact, BETTER than the Zalo product I paid for :/ which is a bummer. Also everything arrived over a month late, and Zalo never sent out any notices letting customers know -- I had to track everything down.

Horrible customer service and terrible products
