Device won’t even power on
Right off the bat, as soon as I got two zalo products in the mail, one of them was completely dead. The Zalo Queen that I bought wouldn’t even charge. There is absolutely no power or electricity in the device at all, no lights, nothing. I’ve already filed a warranty claim to get it replaced, but it’s been a week and I have yet to hear anything from them at all. Apparently it takes 7-14 business days, which means I’ll probably be waiting for about three and a half weeks, which is ridiculous. Honestly, I should’ve listen to the reviews people wrote about these devices breaking easily. I didn’t even get to use mine before it did. Companies like Zalo really make you wish you hadn’t spent money.
