There was a shiny spot
There was a shiny spot on the wand and the directions were all crumbly and there were black stains on them. Honestly it looked used so I called customer service and told them who told me to reply to the confirmation email. I did that a week ago and the warranty department has not gotten back to me and it’s making me think that they are waiting to reply to me until after the deadline to return it. This wand was $100 and they have such poor customer service. I will post a picture on Reddit.

Kyro Wand product doesn't charge. Was sent three replacements, all with the same issue. Buy local, stay away from Zalo.
