Terrible. Haven't even received them yet and ordered on the 5th of November. I have been given no updates of where my package is. Reaching out to ups is next to impossible. Thinking of just canceling my order at this point and buy somewhere else.

My order has been at the airport in Australia for over 2 and a half weeks. And when you needed confirmation of my purchase you where very prompt as emailing me. Now when I email your support team to ask if you have any updates or explanation on possible hold up, I do not get a reply.

It shouldn’t take this long to have them delivered

Still NOT received? Going on 3 weeks

I ordered on Oct 14 and still haven't received them. They haven't even left Australia yet and we're nearly a month out. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, I have asked for my money back and no one has done anything!!!
