Zala Hair NZ - STAGING

The hair is ok … the customer service is a NIGHTMARE ! After receiving my shipment ( after almost a month of waiting and 80.00 is customs ) they sent me 2 packs of different length . 16 inch and 20 inch ( I paid for 20!) . They did nothing to correct this! They wanted me to ship back the pack of 16, and when they received it , they would ship me my proper order ! I would be stuck with another customs fee and have to wait again for hair I paid for in the first place ! So disappointed , Zala does NOT take care of their customers .

Still have not received them very upset

I knew international shipping to Canada would take a week or two, but 20 freakin days and it hasn't even left Australia yet? It'll be another 2 weeks or so before it hits my doorstep at this rate! Every date I wanted to wear them for initially has either passed, or about to pass. SO DISAPPOINTED!! Ordered the Keratin set to see how I like the seamless fit & feel before splurging on the largest volume set in Remy, and now I'm glad I didn't shell out the full amount right off the bat cuz I'd be fuming!

Garbage. Paid for fast shipping. Didn’t receive. No response to emails.

Shipping was great. Customer service experience was terrible.
