Awful.

Your website indicated international shipping would take 9-12 days. Ordering from Canada, I obviously assumed that my order would be shipped from your USA warehouse, being we are on the same continent. I placed my order on Nov. 9th and as of today Nov 23rd, my order has not even left Australia yet, according to your carrier. This has taken way too long and I will not order from your company again.

Been 2 weeks and still haven't gotten my order. Its still at customs! 😫

Waste of money
