Disappointed with shipping and communication updates

I am sure I would love my extensions. However I have been having issues with shipping, delays, and no actual answers as to when my extensions will arrive. I was hoping to get them before Christmas, but now I am not sure if I will and if I would have known how long they would take to get them, I would have shopped locally.

Poor customer service

It’s been 3 weeks and my extensions havnt even left Australia ! I messaged customer service numerous times with ZERO response. Poor customer service and can’t even rate the product ! Poor shipping!!!
