After waiting for 8 +weeks, the colour match wasn’t accurate anymore. Even if they had come in time, sadly they still wouldn’t have matched. It’s been such a hassle dealing with customer service. Guess I’ll keep toning them 😑

It’s loosing tons of hair! Shedding is to be expected but not to this extent

Never received my extensions. I’ve contacted Zala many times. They do not stand behind their shipping times according to their website.

I never received them or a tracking number. I paid for 4-6 week shipping and it’s been a month

Paid extra money for express shipping but it’s been over a month and my product has not even shipped yet.
