Zala Hair NZ - STAGING

I purchased the weft extensions and after the second wash I noticed they were not as silky. I’ve been following all the aftercare, using high end products on the hair and after one month I’m going to have the extensions removed. The hair is so dry and brittle, they tangle at the nape of my neck and when I brush there are pieces of broken hair everywhere. It’s an unmanageable mess and looks beyond horrible. I contacted Zala as this can not be normal for their extensions and all they did is send me a hair serum. The hair was $300 after taxes and duty, $150 for install and Zala won’t do anything to make it right. Do not buy from Zala.

Customer service sent a hair mask which is fine but why is there no investigation happening into this hair. I am not asking for a refund I’m just asking for why after 5 days this hair is ruined. Not every customer is sketchy I have a genuine concern and I was treated like a liar

Colour match was off. The second lightest blonde is warm and golden. Definitely not the right colour. Shipping took 9 weeks. I had sent in an inquiry when it was scanned for flight and no update in 2 weeks and keep getting brushed off. Will order from somewhere else next time. Customer service is also lacking.
