Sent me a damaged product and won't help solve the problem

They came in broken and no respond. I use to love this company I've bought multiple time before idk what happened they're not as good anymore much thinner and exceptions came in broken so upset what a waste of my money

The Chestnut Brown extensions have a really bad green tinge to them especially in certain lighting. Super disappointed since the photos and videos look nice compared to what I received.

Costly to return if order wrong shade

These extensions went frizzy and dry and after the very first wash. I reached out to customer care and they sent me a deep conditioner which is a nice thought however it doesn’t distract from the fact I paid $700 for terrible hair. I did so much research on the company and the quality and I am confused how so many salons are stocking this brand. I am so disappointed and won’t be purchasing them again. I have had so many extensions in my life and I know how to take care of them. I take pride in my hair and this has been such a let down.
