Just okay. Pretty disappointed

I ordered the 5 piece clip ins based on advice from the website. Should’ve gotten the 9. Why? Because the hair quality of the largest piece in the set is rather sparse. Additionally, the same aforementioned weft gapes/sags in between the clips and the hair, so I am constantly having to readjust the track so it isn’t lumpy and sliding. I’ve worn extensions of every kind for over twenty years, so I don’t believe it is my ability that is making these less than satisfactory. The hair is fairly nice quality right NOW, but seeing the spider-y nature of the lengthier pieces tells me that a couple months of brushing and straightening will have these looking pretty ratty. Any woman whose ever had a sewn in weave that also has straight, fine hair will tell you to always carry a brush because tracks tend to poke through the natural hair no matter what you do. This leads to oilier natural hair and lots of shedding of the extension. Thus my anticipation of rattier hair in the short term. Negativity aside, The color was a great match to my hair. But again, I paid for DHL Express which GUARANTEES 2-3 day shipping. Mine took 10. I sent an email to ZALA about this and never received a response. Not a really happy customer, all in all.

Didn't last very long

The hair was very beautiful in the beginning but I found after a couple weeks they became too tangled to manage. I have worked with extensions for 11 years as a hairstylist. I used all quality products as well.

Worst experience ever. Been buying

Worst experience ever. Been buying from this company for years- have spent thousands of dollars. They decided to stop shipping to Canada suddenly- which is okay. My package got lost, no one answered my emails, I had to track it down myself- and when I found it in a Canada post 10 miles away my duty was $98 and the hair wasn't even what I ordered. Wrong length, wrong colour. Total nightmare.

Sent me wrong item, the piece they sent was supposed to be high quality but was cheap and synthetic even though it claimed to be 100% real

Horrible Return Policy!!!

Horrible return policy! I’m the past I have always been able to send my return to their US( Salt Lake City) location. I’m in Canada. Now they are saying I have to return it to Australia which will run me about $50 tracked!! And they don’t refund return shipping costs. Horrible!!
