I love my halo, clip in volumizer and ponytail. I have dyed it to match my hair perfectly!!! My only complaint is that the new set I bought isn’t as thick as my previous set I bought. Otherwise it’s perfect!!!

I’ve ordered a few times from the real hair and this do not last long. Even with all the care a month I went from 24 inch tape ins to them being about 14 inches

So first things first, the halo wire has this metal piece that is hurting my head. I wrote a complaint to the Customer Service team and they said they couldn’t return or exchange the product because I broke the seal. But how was I supposed to know that my extensions were uncomfortable to wear until I try them on? I was pretty upset.
