I am very happy with the tape ins. And with the ponytail extension. However I am not at all happy with the volumizer and zala's lack of customer service

Shipping was fast and easy, but my experience was poor there was nothing they could do my horrible set of extensions and out $90 for something I literally can’t use

Service is always great but for the first time I was really disappointed with my zala extensions. Lots of shedding and a blunt cute instead of tapered ends. Lost about 3 inches just to blend the ends

Color match was way off. Customer service is excellent , however it is not worth it to purchase from Australia if you need to return for refund or exchange. $15 restock fee and shipping back is expensive

Really disappointed by the color of the dirty blonde extensions. The description is dark blonde with ash tones but they are very orange and not at all 'ash'. I am a natural dark blonde with some warm undertone and you can see in the attached pictures how orange the extensions look. They feel lovely, the packaging was great, but they are now un-wearable unless I can recolor them. Tried toning one of the singles with a good purple shampoo and it did nothing which concerns me that the hair quality is not human.
