I guess you’re busy. But I emailed about your aloe hair products and didn’t get any response.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been disappointing. After receiving my order, I carefully reviewed the ingredient lists and discovered that the Aloe Vera Soap contains PEG ingredients, which I prefer to avoid. I contacted Urban Hydration to inquire about returning the product, but I never received a response from customer service. When I later checked the Shop app, I found that the item had been marked as ineligible for return without any communication or explanation. Since I intended to return the product, I have not used the Castor & Shea Hydration Set. I did, however, try the Aloe Vera Soap and moisturizer. Unfortunately, rather than leaving my skin feeling hydrated, they left it feeling tight, dry, and uncomfortable. What is most disappointing is the lack of customer support. A simple response acknowledging my inquiry would have gone a long way, even if a return was not possible. Instead, I was left to discover the return status on my own. As someone with mature skin, I did not find these products moisturizing or nourishing enough for my needs. While skincare is personal and results vary, my experience was the opposite of what I expected from products marketed as hydrating. Based on both the product performance and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend these products. I had hoped for a much better experience from this brand.

It breaks my skin out and causes itching

I had not used your products in a very long time and I thought I would give them a try again. I must say I was very disappointed because my hair was so dry after using them that I had to wash my hair over and use something else.

I got a batch of micellar water that is clearly discolored. Yet it got packed and shipped still. Would love a replacement. I like ordering directly from the company to support but to but a bundle and get that was a disappointment
