Terrible Customer Service!!
I ordered once before and everything was correct, I got my order as fast as they said it would come, and the products were amazing!! I decided to order again, spending more than the last time because you never know about a business until you try them out. This second order took longer to arrive, the shipping information was incorrect, the order was incorrect, I did not get what I wanted, and customer service was of no help. I called multiple times and left messages, but nobody called me back. A week later my order appears on my doorstep. As soon as I find out that it was incorrect, I emailed them to let them know. They end up telling me that I have to send the incorrect order back using their shipping label and they will send the correct stuff. Well, they email the shipping label and I can't print it. I asked if they could mail me the label since this was their mistake. He said they cannot do that. Now I have 4 charcoal face masks and I don't get to try the other ones. If their customer service was better, their products are worth trying. I live in a rural area and depend on shipping for a lot of things but I can't deal with terrible customer service.
