I bought the shampoo and conditioner in a sale but was still a bit wary because I’ve never spent so much money on products before. I really wish I hadn’t. I was careful to follow all the instructions to the letter but they’re still useless. The shampoo refuses to lather (never a problem with other products as I live in a soft water area) and the conditioner doesn’t condition. I got much better results with the products I bought for a tenth of the price from the supermarket. So it turns out you don’t always get what you pay for
