Absolutely appalling customer service!
I ordered a Tyme product online on 21 November,a whole fortnight ago. Three days later, I received an email to say the package had been shipped and I was given a Parcel Force tracking number. This yielded no information and I have made numerous requests to Tyme to let me know what has happened to my order and I have also requested that they reorder since it would appear that my package has been "lost in transit". I am absolutely no further forward in receiving the item for which I have paid. I am incredibly disappointed with Tyme.
