Once you have the hang of the styler ,the curl is great. My concern is they are ridiculously hot and wouldnt want to overuse as i dont want to comprimise my hair condition. I use heat protection sprays but still dont feel this is enough as the heat is so hot. Please can you bring out with heat selection for different hair types.

I think I'll be returning as it's nothing special. Really struggling and I don't see it'll do anything my Cloud 9s can't

Not the easiest to use. Gets very hot. Find it easier to curl with my straighteners. A little disappointed I didn’t send them back.

i purchased these as a Christmas gift to myself, reading the reviews and some were negative but I decided to take a chance well I wished I’d not bothered as I’m so disappointed with the curling tongs, I’ve spent hours practicing and watching YouTube but still I can’t curl my hair or my daughters, do you have a dissatisfied with product customer refund policy Regards Zoe

Very poor. Iron didn’t heat up. I’m sending it back to you.
