I have tried it only once. It seems to work well.

When I bought the curling iron they said I would have a receipt sent to me by email I never got the email . Until contacted them .

I’ve look at videos and when I try and schedule a session with someone to help, your availability are during the day when people work AND then a month later...yet we only have 30 days before we can return it....

As a left handed person I found it very challenging to match both sides of my curls for the right to the left . I also found it very challenging to use with long hair .

It’s ok, very heavy and doesn’t glide through my hair great.
