This iron has made me feel like the dumbest human alive. It is very hard to use. I have watched several videos and cannot get more that the loosest of curls that falls out after about 2 hours. I have pinched and burned myself more with this hair appliance than with any other I’ve owned. I waited a long time to buy this iron and I’m very disappointed

I tried to curl my hair last night but it sure isn’t as easy as it is made to look on the advertisement

Harder than it looks to use. I cannot get it to work.

I have thin hair and because it doesnt have a heat setting, it was way too hot and turned my natural curls permanently straight!!! My hair is so brittle now.. like why the fuck doesnt it have a heat setting??? I trusted this product.
