Shipping came faster than expected which is definitely an improvement from past experiences… however i am giving 3 instead of of 5 stars due to the updates with the rewards shop that were very disappointing. I was getting ready to place an order and finally redeem all the points i have only to see they slashed the benefits from 100 off to 50! With the same amount of points was a bummer. The customer service has also improved over the past year but it think in store service still needs some more friendly staff

Been getting hair the same color fir years, but the balyage is not happening anymore.

Expensive shipping.

Clips don’t stay clipped and I just bought them. Don’t have this problem with other extensions I’ve had much longer
