I highly suggest labeling your images and modeling every color so that it's easier for customers to find their style.

Service was fine. More info on successfully attaching clip ins would be helpful

The customer service telephone line is very hard to get a hold of someone. I called multiple times and request callback and never received one the store reps were all very kind but couldn’t help me in doing a return. It would have been easier to show a manager my piece and do a refund in person rather than have a week long back and forth communication with a different customer service rep and have to pay for shipping to return an item that was not as pictured.

I paid for 2-day express delivery but the hair was delivered in 5 days. Ordered on a Wed, delivery was scheduled for Friday but I received the package the following Monday.
