I'm grateful for the product
I'm grateful for the product I eventually purchased and am very happy with it--but made a previous purchase that turned out to be the wrong color. My BIG suggestion to Hair Shop is to make the color choices BIGGER! MUCH BIGGER!!! Having to make an expensive choice based on a tiny square is ridiculous! It would also be nice if you made a ONE time return possible to your new customers if they don't open the packaging. I could tell immediately that the color of the first purchase wasn't right--but was stuck with an expensive mistake.
