Quality has been much better than in the past

I love the products and would 100% recommend to anyone. I only put 4 stars due to the shipping. I had two separate orders which took over 2 weeks to be delivered, they were processed and dropped off to the shipping company very quickly but she shipping company kept putting them on the truck for delivery then not delivering.

In love with the hair. But unfortunately customer service does not get back to you! I ordered the wrong hair color now I’m stuck with it.

I wish there was online color matching because there is not a shop near me so I had to guess which color was right for me.
