Pump broke

My order came and the products were seemingly old, the drops were very discolored and bright yellow tinted, and the unopened bottles have since begun leaking out of the cap

Representatives are wonderful!! I had a issue with shipping and the time that it took for me to receive the product. Half of the bottle leaked in the packaging in shipping. Damaged item arrived in this condition.
