Love the new ultra dark. I ordered the bundle and did not receive the drops. Tried to contact customer service and have yet to hear back. Will update review when I do.

Terrible! New formula? Or bad batch?? I’ve used this before and always loved it. I ordered 3 directly from the website now, all with the same batch/lot number, and ALL 3 are worthless. Barely any color while it’s on, and even after leaving it for several hours, still nothing, it just washes off and I’m the same shade as in the areas I didn’t apply it. Bought a bottle online from a third party seller with a different lot code number, and it worked great again. They either changed the formula or the batches are missing dye.

Horrible and absolutely ridiculous save your time and money!!

I contacted the seller to cancel my order after it hadn’t shipped after the 24 days. No response. It then shipped and I have to pay to ship it back.

Not worth it at all. My store bought brand was much better
