A good online purchase website
A good online purchase website should be one that has clear product description especially about promtion package components. I could not understand the promotion deal and spoke to your customer service. After discussion, I decided on individual puchase instead of VIP subscription. But she placed order for VIP subscription. I knew it too late when I was contacted for 2nd delivery. There was no clear notification that I was signed with the package. I was too busy to deal with it so I thought just get the 4 times fulfilled.
Upon the 4th delivery, I told the customer service to terminate the VIP subscription as it has been placed on auto renewal. Loosing confidence after the earliar arrangement, I made the effort to log on to the website to check the latest status after the 4th delivery. No termination was done. I have to email to your office to officially inform about my decision on termination. Only then I received a call from your customer service and I have to firmly informed her about my decision to terminate the subscription.
Your online purchase website should allow customer to cancel order when delivery is not done and for my case it is a few months away. Yet there is no option to cancel online.
Overall a bad experience with too much hussle.
