POOR Delivery Service but GOOD Customer Service

Would like to rate 2 STARs for my this purchase but received good follow up from Customer Officer on my feedback so rated 3 STARs. 1st Delivery service did not follow per schedule and did not call when need to change. SMS after delivery schedule said "change date". Secondly delivery don't even call for changes/delay.

A good online purchase website

A good online purchase website should be one that has clear product description especially about promtion package components. I could not understand the promotion deal and spoke to your customer service. After discussion, I decided on individual puchase instead of VIP subscription. But she placed order for VIP subscription. I knew it too late when I was contacted for 2nd delivery. There was no clear notification that I was signed with the package. I was too busy to deal with it so I thought just get the 4 times fulfilled. Upon the 4th delivery, I told the customer service to terminate the VIP subscription as it has been placed on auto renewal. Loosing confidence after the earliar arrangement, I made the effort to log on to the website to check the latest status after the 4th delivery. No termination was done. I have to email to your office to officially inform about my decision on termination. Only then I received a call from your customer service and I have to firmly informed her about my decision to terminate the subscription. Your online purchase website should allow customer to cancel order when delivery is not done and for my case it is a few months away. Yet there is no option to cancel online. Overall a bad experience with too much hussle.

Delivery was BAD, informed delivery

Delivery was BAD, informed delivery man to deliver Before 1pm. because nobody’s at home after 1pm. Luckily my wife comes home early at around 4pm & receive the delivery. If not how? Am I suppose to pay for the next delivery???

Delivery

The new delivery vendor did not contact me on the delivery date and turn up unexpectedly. Fortunately I was in the office. Otherwise it would be a wasted effort.

Not reliable.. supposed to be morning slot but delivered in the evening.
