I have selected delivery schedule to be 10am-1pm. I received the msg from the delivery man at 8am in the morning of delivery. I have waited from 10am - 1pm. Regardless of how many msg i sent to the number provided, no one bother to reply me if they arriving soon (that was almost 1pm). Although the customer service from Brands did try to help, but she too cannot get hold of the driver. At 1pm, no delivery was made, and i have to leave my house. The delivery man only informed me of his late arrival after almost 1 hour past 1pm. This is not acceptable. You do not inform the recipient 1 hour after the schedule delivery time. If you cannot make it on time, you should inform the recipient earlier so that she can proceed to run her own errands. When they msg that they will deliver during the night time, i replied by asking what time they will arrive because i was out. They dont bother to respond. I have no choice but to go home to wait for the delivery. The customer service told me that they will make the delivery at my convenient. But from this case, it looked to me that they will make the delivery at THEIR convenient. Do not care if I am home or not. This is really disappointing. I hope this wont happen again in my next order. Please assign someone more responsible and responsive.
