Smart Shopper Standing Order for ActivMove
Actually the delivery staff deserves 5 star rating - always punctual or sometimes even earlier than the stipulated time. They make it a point to call and ensure somebody is at home to receive the delivery. At the same time their calls are courteous and the delivery staff is very cheerful. Kudos to them!
It is the phone sales staff who may need some review in the work processes. They are no doubt friendly, helpful and eager to recommend good promotions to ensure that customers benefit well. However there seems to be some administrative processes that seems to be lost in the back end.
I have a "Smart Shopper" standing order for ActivMove which was to have been postponed to 4 months later as I still have 4 boxes in stock. However yesterday February 13, I received a delivery for 3 boxes. I ignored an email on Sunday 11 (which I read only on Monday 12) that advised the delivery as I presumed that perhaps there was an oversight regarding the postponement and your company's system would pick up on it and sort it out. As I said the delivery was made yesterday and I have an additional 3 boxes of ActivMove on top of the 4 boxes which are unopened.
Please look into the system with regards to my standing order. I have only one!
