Feel that your delivery time duration is too long. The duration given for last delivery was 10 am to 6pm. With better planning you can shorten delivery time slot. Yr discount for smart shopper is on the last order. This makes it confusing.

Home delivery

Last Delivery experience was most unpleasant! Delivery notice given in the morning of delivery date.... unacceptable! Delivery guy called on arrival ! He should call in advance.... (like previously). 2nd attempt was ridiculously arranged - given time-slot from 10am to 6pm,... and he arrived at 5:55pm with bad attitude.

Trouble redeeming voucher

I experienced difficulties in redeeming online a voucher I won in your recent CNY promo. I tried for 6 hours without success. It happened to be a Sunday so had to wait the following day to call in to your office. Thankfully, your staff discussed the matter with management and I was finally able to redeem the voucher through her. I purchased Sesamin and Shisandra extract and Pre and Probiotics. I am happy with the products as they are good and effective. I have been taking your products for nearly a year now.

Smart Shopper Standing Order for ActivMove

Actually the delivery staff deserves 5 star rating - always punctual or sometimes even earlier than the stipulated time. They make it a point to call and ensure somebody is at home to receive the delivery. At the same time their calls are courteous and the delivery staff is very cheerful. Kudos to them! It is the phone sales staff who may need some review in the work processes. They are no doubt friendly, helpful and eager to recommend good promotions to ensure that customers benefit well. However there seems to be some administrative processes that seems to be lost in the back end. I have a "Smart Shopper" standing order for ActivMove which was to have been postponed to 4 months later as I still have 4 boxes in stock. However yesterday February 13, I received a delivery for 3 boxes. I ignored an email on Sunday 11 (which I read only on Monday 12) that advised the delivery as I presumed that perhaps there was an oversight regarding the postponement and your company's system would pick up on it and sort it out. As I said the delivery was made yesterday and I have an additional 3 boxes of ActivMove on top of the 4 boxes which are unopened. Please look into the system with regards to my standing order. I have only one! My name is Irene Leong @ 97227374 and I always make payment through UOB Visa. Thank you.
