Comfortable. Just wish the two side chambers (for side sleeping) were larger. It feels like such a tiny pillow when i’m using one of the sides. It is incredibly cozy, but I find myself rarely using the sides because they’re simply too small. I’d love to see this changed; I’d give it 5 stars if they were larger (in width).

this pillow was not for me. It was uncomfortable even when I watched the video and tried to adjust tit. My biggest complaint is their policy of having to wait 30 days to return, claiming you need time to change your sleep patterns. this only increases the chance of forgetting to return. I do not need 30 days to miss much needed sleep.
