I have been using the spine align pillow for over a week. I will give it 30 days but I will be returning it. I have a long neck and need good neck support. This pillow does not offer that. While the side bolsters are great for side sleeping the neck support is to small ..even if you add filling....that just makes it too hard. Also if sleeping on your back there is no cushion for the back of your head. Again...if you add filling then your head in on a big bump and if you remove filling you might as well sleep without a pillow. Great concept but just poor design on the neck support. I would make the neck support 2 to 3 times the size.

Still trying to get usedto the pillow, I don’t know if I took out too much stuffing ,if their should be more stuffing. Trying hard to like the pillow. I will keep trying for the month.

I ordered this pillow with high hopes for a good nights sleep. I’ve removed “fill”. I’ve put “fill” back in the pillow as the directions said. I’ve done this on 3 different occasions. I’m sorry to say that it is still not comfortable to me. However, I’m still hoping that I can find that perfect fit that will relieve the neck and shoulder pain I’m currently experiencing.

Been using it for a few weeks now honestly not happy.. this pillow causes more pain then relief. I would not recommend it. I would like to refund this product.

I was sent a review for a mattress and I didn’t buy a mattress. Bought a pillow and am going to return it.
