Customer service is outstanding! I was impressed with the fast reply within three days of shipping my hairdryer back for repair. As it was an older model, and I mean old, they didn’t have parts for it anymore. However, they sent me a different Solano as a replacement.

Love Solano but my normal dryer is heavy when traveling. This new light weight works really well and is much easier to carry in my luggage.
