My experience was great. it was still covered under warranty. postage was paid for. Solano sent a label via email and got back my blowdryer just in time for the Christmas rush at the salon. Thank you!

Wife dropped her favorite hair dryer and shattered the case and impeller. Rats! Didn’t want to just trash it. It looked like an easy fix if I could find replacement parts. Poked around and came across Solano repair service. Obviously they are (justifiably) proud of and stand behind their products. Filled out the forms on the simple to navigate website and shipped it to the repair center free of charge, In very short order it arrived on my porch. We looked at it for awhile because it appeared they just sent back a brand new unit, but the cord was the same. I’m old school and appreciate this prompt and fairly priced service. Kudos.
